Committee investigating the conduct of the 4 Members of the Machakos County Public Service Board currently at the Assembly Chambers.

 

The Adhoc Committee investigating the conduct of the 4 Members of the County Public Service Board (CPSB) accused of abuse of office currently sitting at the Assembly Chambers.

The Members under investigation are as follows:

1. Mr. George Kioko Luka- Chairperson, Machakos County Public Service Board on the grounds of serious violation of the Constitution, gross misconduct and incompetence.

2. Mr. Onesmus Muia Mutisya- Secretary, Machakos County Public Service Board on the grounds of serious violation of the Constitution, gross misconduct and incompetence.

3. Ms. Cecilia Mbinya Sereka- Member, Machakos County Public Service Board on the grounds of serious violation of the Constitution and gross misconduct

4. Ms. Stella Nduku Muthoka- Member, Machakos County Public Service Board on the grounds of serious violation of the Constitution and gross misconduct.

Yesterday, police in Nairobi on patrol along Outer Ring Road  received  intelligence that led to  the arrest of Dickson Gatonga Njeri. He is a suspected notorious mugger who was positively identified by several victims and  has been operating in Huruma and Kariobangi. Upon search,  police officers recovered a kitchen knife from him.  He was placed in the cells awaiting processing and  arraignment. I Influenced Kenya Kwanza MPs To Vote For Kanini Kega- DP Gachagua On EALA Elections

  Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has argued that he convinced MPs for former Kieni MP Kanini Kega to get elected to the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA). Speaking on Friday while attending a funeral in Chuka, Tharaka Nithi County, DP Gachagua claimed that he convinced the Kenya Kwanza MPs to vote for Kega, who is allied to the Jubilee Party under the Azimio coalition. “Jana mmeona mimi nimeongea na hawa viongozi wa Mlima na kuwaambia huyu Kanini Kega alikuwa anatukana Ruto…lakini wampigie kura. Elon Musk restores Trump's Twitter Account.

  Former President Donald Trump’s Twitter account has been reinstated on the platform. The account, which Twitter banned following the January 6 attack on the Capitol, was restored after Twitter CEO Elon Musk posted a poll on Twitter on Friday night asking the platform’s users if Trump should be reinstated. “The people have spoken. Trump will be reinstated,” Twitter’s new owner Elon Musk tweeted Saturday night. “Vox Populi, Vox Dei,” Latin for “the voice of the people is the voice of God.” The final poll results on Saturday night showed 51.8% in favor and 48.2% opposed. The poll included 15 million votes.
