Committee investigating the conduct of the 4 Members of the Machakos County Public Service Board currently at the Assembly Chambers.

 

The Adhoc Committee investigating the conduct of the 4 Members of the County Public Service Board (CPSB) accused of abuse of office currently sitting at the Assembly Chambers.

The Members under investigation are as follows:

1. Mr. George Kioko Luka- Chairperson, Machakos County Public Service Board on the grounds of serious violation of the Constitution, gross misconduct and incompetence.

2. Mr. Onesmus Muia Mutisya- Secretary, Machakos County Public Service Board on the grounds of serious violation of the Constitution, gross misconduct and incompetence.

3. Ms. Cecilia Mbinya Sereka- Member, Machakos County Public Service Board on the grounds of serious violation of the Constitution and gross misconduct

4. Ms. Stella Nduku Muthoka- Member, Machakos County Public Service Board on the grounds of serious violation of the Constitution and gross misconduct.

A NOTORIOUS CRIMINAL ARRESTED IN NAIROBI

The Multi-Agency security team in Nairobi County continues to record great success in accomplishing its objective of maintaining law and order. Yesterday, police in Nairobi on patrol along Outer Ring Road  received  intelligence that led to  the arrest of Dickson Gatonga Njeri. He is a suspected notorious mugger who was positively identified by several victims and  has been operating in Huruma and Kariobangi. Upon search,  police officers recovered a kitchen knife from him.  He was placed in the cells awaiting processing and  arraignment. We thank the public for partnering with the security team and for volunteering information leading to the successful arrest.
